That's a slight improvement over the current. Got a couple of suggestions from Gunnerkrigg Court:
Prefer the anime ones to Gunnerkrigg, if only because they actually look like they're exhaling. The Gunnerkrigg ladies are smiling with wind lines coming away from their face.

Okay, it's not outright bad, but it looks like the "stalk" of the "mushroom" is actually exposed skin on her neck. If that's the case, then that means that it's just a white oval.
