Sent a note to the artist asking permission.
Should the image uploader have something telling the uploader to make sure to get permission to use DA images and to indicate such permission in the caption?
Maybe, but Eddie's got enough on his hands right now.
The artist gave us permission to use the pic, so it's back up stating such. I think it could use an actual caption, but I got nuthin' right now.
Something plain like, "Nellie Melton's rendition of the pokemon that only shows up when you've broken the game." ?
Check out my fanfiction! We generally don't try to work the credit into the caption like that. We either hide it behind a note, put it in another caption, or just have a separate sentence.
Didn't really try to work it in. It's how I thought it.
"That's actually a pokemon, and it's in the game. And that's what it does." Or something. I think it needs to be explained what it is, at any rate.
Check out my fanfiction! How about just, "The Pokemon that only shows up when you've broken the game."?
I like that...would we need to get permission?
Not sure. If it helps, I got it from here. Not sure who made it, though.
The whole LP is pretty hilarious, actually.

Moon◊To get around permission issues with the artwork, I just linked to that page it's on in the caption. Locking up.
