I haven't heard anything yet. 
As a temporary measure until such time as we have express permission, I suggest an image from God Of War. Death of Ares should do, or Zeus if it wouldn't be too graphic.
Aw, guys, I was linking to this page enthusiastically because I thought it was awesome with the picture in it. A great disappointment to see it gone.
Also, did someone ask for permission to whoever drew the image in Darth Vader Clone ?, Did you ask for permission from George Lukas to use the Star Wars logo in the Star Wars page? Or permission from NBC to use the image from Scrubs's cast for the Scrubs page? No?
What makes this case different? Or are we going to start going into a removing pictures rampage?
PS - And I love that image caption, it, by itself, captures the essense of what punching out Cthulhu is about.

This is an entire work. You can't use an entire work without permission. Using a single comic panel or a scene from a movie to illustrate a trope is Fair Use. Look up About Images And Copyright. Also, a caption shouldn't be as long as your image.
