Suggestion: Color Coded Elements

The current illustrates the trope well and was chosen by an IP thread, but I'm not really crazy about it. (The thread's other main options were Pokemon creatures or energy cards.) Having been introduced to the amazing Lindsey Stirling last night, I reckon a collage from the video to her piece "Elements" would work well — the colors are more vivid, she's prettier, and it's a chance for me to gush about my latest obsession. :P At 350:

That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.

I do like that suggestion.

I can't get a better version of that capture or one very like it, but I can swap it for one with more focus on her face that's cleaner.

That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.

These images are more photogenic, but the current points the elements right out.

I can see a swap if we find a suitable caption.

I see green nature/wood/earth, blue water, white wind, and yellow or orange fire. Works for me, and it's far better looking than the current one.

^^ Agree. That looks nice. Caption though?

[up] I don't think it needs one. Just make sure to link the picture to her website.

Caption suggestions seem to imply support, so this is looking like consensus. Which version of the image is preferred?

The second is definitely better.

The second one makes it more clear that it's water.

The first one seemed more like rain to me. But either one is fine.

This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...

I like the first one a bit better since you can see the rain more clearly. But either is fine.

We've got consensus to make the swap and the second one's preferred, so it and the "sonata" caption are up, potholed, and tagged. Locking up.
