Yeah, I'm not really keen on that one either.
I wonder if it's even a proper example. It's a mouse with superpowers, but does that in itself constitute a parody at all, even a shallow one? The example for the series doesn't really say much either. "Mighty Mouse ... is a "Parody" of Superman, the "Parody" aspect coming solely from the fact that he's a mouse version of Superman." Does it actually try to parody other aspects of Superman, or is it just a cartoon mouse that borrows a singular aspect from the original?

Check out my fanfiction!I think if it were on target, it's the caption implying the work is bad, not the image; but yeah, Mighty Mouse is not a parody of Superman.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. Is this image really a parody? Otherwise, it looks more like complaining.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI removed the Mighty Mouse example from the trope list, so the image should go as well.
Even if it would be a parody, it wouldn't be a Shallow Parody, since it doesn't intend to parody more than it actually does, if that makes sense. Otherwise any work that include any parody of one or two aspect count, such as a super hero showing up and being quickly defeated with some Green Rocks. The trope is where they try to parody more than just that, but don't have the necessary research to make a parody that hits on target.
Did we have a trope with an image of Wolverine flipping the bird with one claw next to a parody of exactly the same thing?

Check out my fanfiction! We did at one point, but I don't remember if that pic was pulled or not.
Would the Wolverine image not instead illustrate Parody Failure?
Panhandling sign glued to hands. Need $5 for solvent.Both.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Ah, that was it. The picture used to be on Parody Failure, but was pulled with the reason "Bad quality." I agree.

Clock's up; locking for inactivity. No further action is to be taken based on this thread.
It seems to imply that Mighty Mouse is a bad show, and more importantly it doesn't show what the trope is about.
