The current image just has characters talking about the trope without actually picturing it. I think this is a poor image choice, especially when the trope can be better illustrated with an actual image. How about something like this?

It may be difficult to find a non copyrighted image since all examples are inherently part of advertising, but I think a clear Fair Use rationale can be made. And the current image is copyrighted anyway.

I think the current is just fine (and highly doubt that it's copyrighted, C&H is usually not just two panels).

The idea of the suggestion is ok, but it's quite bad quality.

please don't capitalize my handle. I just don't like it.

Sorry, I meant copyrighted in the legal sense, not in the "we can't use this" sense. Television ads are typically more than one frame after all.

Television ads are copyrighted in the legal sense, too. I don't see the distinction you're making — Fair use covers us as long as we don't use the entirety of any work. The comic is two frames out of four. A screengrab from a TV ad would one frame out of hundreds. But legally, there's no difference — both are only using part of the work for illustrative purposes, and both are Fair Use.

That's what I was trying to say. While it's copyrighted in the legal sense, there shouldn't be any problem with using it due to Fair Use. Sorry if I was confusing.

I figured all it would take was a little nudge. I'll lock this up and tag the page accordingly.
