Hey! How ya' doing, guys?

Does this mean I have privileges to say that plants from Texas are dumb?
I have overcome many struggles in my life.

But I will never overcome the fact that Mario is shorter than his younger brother.
What type of plants?

The plants in the ground? The plants which cause pollution? Or humanoid plants?

Strictly speaking, I'm not a Texas native but I'll be here for the next two years. Until my Army contract runs out.

[up][up][up]Eh, College Station's better, but then I could be biased *rests chin in hand, showing Aggie ring*

Currently in Houston, but will probably be going to work in Baton Rouge by end of next month.

I will miss many things, but I will not miss I-45.

All roads in Houston are pains in the ass. I tend to avoid going inside the Beltway unless I absolutely have to.

Luckily, I live in Galveston County, so I really don't have to that often.

I plan to return to Texas to start my career this year. I originally intended to move by the end of June, but I've been asked to stay through the summer to help with family issues.

I live in Texas! But this thread seems very inactive, sadly.
[up] Maybe it's just too general of a location?

Texas is just big. (If we ignore Alaska)

Everything Is Big in Texas

Literally.

That and it's very diverse. Hispanics, Latinos, Caucasians, and a startling amount of Asians.

There's a Texan discussion? Sweet.

[up] Yep, but considering the deadness of the thread, I'm half tempted to post random gibberish on every thread in the forum, but then that would get me banned or at the very least thumped.

Any advice on looking for a cheap apartment in Austin? I'm having trouble finding anyone I want to do business with on Craigslist.

Good Luck.. Austin is growing at a phenomenal rate, and housing is going to follow suit with the growth trends.

Don'e give up looking though!
