That might be a really good feature to add, some sort of PM notification about blocked messages, a "failure to deliver" notice or something. I don't use the mailbox much, but I still never know if someone got my response and didn't want to say anything, or if they haven't checked their mail yet, or if they blocked me before we could even have a discussion.

Blocks aren't announced to the blockee for privacy reasons, just as you aren't told if someone declines your friend request or blocks your messages on Facebook
