The poetry example is bad. You really need to quote them in the OP, though.
Do they fall somewhere under Playing with a Trope? Like Discussed Trope or something?

Check out my fanfiction!I've removed the worst ones now. They weren't Playing with a Trope or Discussed Trope. Ex: A Band named "Red Chord" but the example writer outright stated it probably had nothing to do with the trope. Or the poetry example was about a red rope but it was the umbilical cord described poetically rather than this trope.
Some of the examples that remain could qualify as invoked or discussed, I suppose. However, I'm still concerned about some examples but I'm not familiar with so many of them that its hard to tell. I've edited the first post to include them.

I'm not sure about most of them, as I'm not familiar with them.
The Negima example is correct. It plays with the same concept.
The Shadow Hearts example is a reference to the trope and concept, but not an example in itself.
Check out my fanfiction! The Negima example was caused by a failure from a spell that's supposed to bind two people together romantically, thereby making it a completely valid example.
But I'm not familiar with the rest.
Ok, Negima example removed from first post and Shadow Hearts example removed from the trope page.
I've edited the first post. I did some research and was able to clean up and clarify several examples but there are several left that I haven't found answers for. Is there somewhere else I should post these examples where fans of these particular works hang out or is here the right forum for this?
Looks like we're done.
