That works for me.
Well, it certainly beats no image.
Check out my fanfiction!Would it be okay to strip that image of all the unnecessary text and that "peek inside" corner leaving just the title and possibly the author's and the illsutartor's names? Or can we not do that? It's a little too busy for my liking.
There's also this from Garfield: [1]◊
please don't capitalize my handle. I just don't like it.We can...if we can find a version of that cover that doesn't have those things, that would be better. The Garfield link isn't working.
This is my chair. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
My chair is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life.
My chair, without me, is useless. Without my chair, I am useless. I must sit in my chair true. I must sit straighter than my enemy who is trying to outsit me. I must outsit him before he outsits me. I will...
...
...okay never mind. Both OP's suggestion and Garfield look good to me.
Works for me.
Moon◊I couldn't find a better cover, unfortunately. They all seem to have that clutter, but it should be easy to remove. I don't have the means right now, but I can do it later.
re: link not working, that's weird, it works for me. Anyway, here it is then:

please don't capitalize my handle. I just don't like it.I like the Garfield comic. For the book cover, that thing in the corner says "Rookie reader", not "peek inside". Still annoying though. I'll try and work with it in Paint.NET and see what I can do.

Momentum, a function of mass and velocity, is conserved between portals. In layman's terms: speedy thing goes in, speedy thing comes out.Ooh, I like the Garfield one...I think I'd give it the edge over the book cover.
How's this?
Although I do have to admit that the Garfield one is a bit better.
