Welcome to Millennium Bay, a bustling city in the Western United States surrounded by highways and wilderness. You are a member of the Blue Dragons Motorcycle Club, a gang of Badass Biker types that cruise the country, raising hell, having fun, living hard, and all around giving the finger to conformity and mainstream society. Anyone with the right attitude can join, regardless of age, gender, or ethnicity, so long as they can prove their loyalty and worth to the club.

Millennium Bay is a City of Adventure that is somewhat Anime-inspired and runs entirely on Rule of Cool. And in this Rule of Cool setting lies a group of hardenened bikers known as the Blue Dragons.

The Blue Dragons Motorcycle Club is your typical biker gang in some ways, and unusual in other ways. They love motorcycles, partying hard, and wearing a lot of denim and leather, but they have a female leader and accept anyone in their club so long as they're a badass of some sort.

The Blue Dragons Motorcycle Club has the following rules....

  • All members have to have an American-made or American-style motorcycle. They can be Harley-Davidson motorcyles, or even Triumph or Honda motorcycles in the American style (think choppers, road hogs, etc.) but no rice burner-style motorcycles.
  • Loyalty above all else, never double-cross the club.
  • Never harm children, the elderly, or innocent civilians. Don't harm women unless in strict self-defense.
  • Respect the club hirearchy.
  • Don't take BS from anyone, whether it be rival gangs, mainstream society, or the Law.

THE RANKS OF THE GANG

  • President (Player Limit: 1): The leader of the Blue Dragons Motorcycle Club, the President calls the shots and holds power over the gang.
  • Vice President (Player Limit: 1): The second-in-command, the Vice President is an advisor to the President and next-in-line for succession.
  • Warlord (Player Limit: 3): Members of intermediate rank who command road crews of bikers.
  • Full-Patch Member (Unlimited Membership): The full members of the club, they serve as soldiers and riders for the Blue Dragons Motorcycle Club.
  • Prospect (Unlimited Membership): Associates of the club who are not full members, but rather members in training, who often take on arduous tasks to prove their worth and become Full-Patch Members.

RIVALS AND ENEMIES

The Blue Dragons have many enemies in Millennium Bay, and here's a look at them....

  • The Otaku Lowriders: Bosozoku delinquents who drive Japanese-style rice burner motorcycles, the Otaku Lowriders are huge fans of anime, video games, Japanese motorcycles, martial arts, and techno music. They are the main rivals of the Blue Dragons, and they typically don't carry guns, preferring to carry martial arts and medieval weapons such as swords, katanas, wakizashis, axes, kamas, nuchaku, staffs, mornigstars, shurikens, kunai, naginatas, and crossbows.

  • The Homeboys: An inner-city street gang that is known for two things: hip-hop fashions, an over-the-top demeanor, and dealing dope. These Gangbangers got their start as an African-American gang in the 1960's, before expanding their membership to all ethnicities in the 1980's, thus allowing White Gangbangers and anyone else they deemed fit to join. They wear a lot of purple, as purple is their gang color. They tend to carry baseball bats, knives, and small pistols such as Glock 9mm's, .38 Revolvers, and the occasional hunting rifle.

  • The Quivera Cartel: A small-time Mexican drug cartel that ships in drugs such as cocaine, heroin, crystal meth, and marijuana from overseas and distributes it to other gangs such as the Homeboys and Otaku Lowriders. A mid-tier gang, the Quivera Cartel tend to wear Hawaiian shirts, fishing hats, sandals, and other beach gear. They carry weapons such as Machetes, Cane Knives, hunting rifles, heavy pistols, TEC-9's, and double-barrel shotguns.

  • The Mafia: An Italian gang, the Mafia is one of the most powerful gangs in Millennium Bay. They are heavily invested in the nightclubs, casinos, bars, and hotels in the city, as well as transportation and industry. Their main assets lie in extortion, gambling, prostitution, gunrunning, and white-collar crime. The Mafia typically doesn't deal in drugs, except for designer drugs and synthetic drugs (the kind you'd find at raves or nightclubs). A very powerful gang, the Mafia can be identified with gear such as mirrored sunglasses, track suits, silver chains, flat caps and trilby hats. They are well-armed, carrying magnum revolvers, pump-action shotguns, Uzis and MAC-10's, and occasionally semi-automatic battle rifles.

  • The Terrorists: The most dangerous of our rivals and enemies, these Western Terrorists are armed to the teeth, and have strong influence in all criminal spheres. They originated in Europe and use their money to fund terrorist activities all over the world. The Terrorists often wear ski masks and balaclavas, black trenchcoats, Doc Marten boots, camo pants, and black T-shirts. The Terrorists are the best-armed of all the enemy gangs, carrying AK-47's, Desert Eagles, sniper rifles, Hand Grenades, UMP submachine guns, combat shotguns, and even rocket-propelled grenades.

LAW ENFORCEMENT

I'm not the Law, but these gentlemen are.

  • Police: The rank-and-file officers of Millennium Bay, the Police are sworn to serve and protect.

  • SWAT: Elite police units called in for emergency situations all over Millennium Bay and the surrounding areas.

  • Federal Agents: Agents of the FBI, ATF, DEA, and US Marshals, the Feds are often called into action and investigate when things get way out of hand.

  • US Army: When things get really bad, and you've raised way too much hell, these guys get called in. They mainly deal with the Terrorists, but should us bikers or anyone else cause too much of a stir that even SWAT can't handle, these guys will get called in.

  • Sailor Senshi: For when things go Beyond the Impossible and we reach Up To Eleven apocalyptic scenarios that even the military can't handle, the Sailor Senshi are sent in to clean things up. It takes one crazy badass to get these gals called in.

OTHER GROUPS

The innocent bystanders of our hell-raising.

  • Citizens: The ordinary, law-abiding men and women of Millennium Bay

  • Medical Staff: The doctors, specialists, nurses, paramedics, EMT's, and orderlies that work for the local health care sectors in Millennium Bay, always ready to patch people up and give medical attention and assistance to anyone in need.

RULES OF THE RP

  • No God-Modding
  • Players are assumed to be in the Blue Dragons Motorcycle Club, BUT if you want to be in another gang, law enforcement group (excluding Sailor Senshi), or groups such as the citizens or medical staff, please PM me so we can work out your character.
