Namespaces for "just for fun" type pages...:

Currently, we have the JustForFun/ namespace for "just for fun" type pages - which is probably where most of the ones that are currently on Main/ will end up. However, that's not the only namespace for "just for fun" type pages. We also have:

  • DarthWiki/ and SugarWiki/ contain lots of "just for fun" type pages, but not all the pages on those namespaces are "just for fun".
  • FanonPokedex/ is a namespace dedicated to a Pokemon-related project. (218 pages)
  • DrinkingGame/ is a namespace dedicated to drinking games for various works. (212 pages)
  • SoYouWantTo/ is a namespace dedicated to tip for various projects. (90 pages)
  • Pantheon/ is a namespace dedicated to creating pantheons out of characters for various works. (82 pages)
  • AATAFOVS/ is a namespace dedicated to the Avatar And The Airbending Fellowship Of Vampire Slayers project. (71 pages)
  • BetterThanItSounds/ is a namespace dedicated to describing works in the worst way possible. (58 pages)
  • TropeCo/ is a namespace dedicated to fake TV Tropes products. (48 pages)
  • Corpse/ is a group writing project for Exquisite Corpse. (39 pages)
  • SelfDemonstrating/ is a namespace dedicated to creating self-demonstrating versions of trope pages that are comprehensive enough to be used for Main/ pages. (31 pages)
  • TropersDoIt/ is a namespace dedicated to tropers do it. (30 pages)
  • WorldBuilding/ is a namespace dedicated to created Constructed Worlds. (29 pages)
  • WarpThatAesop/ is a namespace dedicated to warping aesops. (18 pages)
  • XMeetsY is a namespace dedicated to what happens when two works merge. (13 pages)
  • SlidingScale/ is a namespace dedicated to sliding scales. (12 pages)
  • IThoughtItMeant/ is a namespace dedicated to non-indicative trope names. (9 pages)
  • PaintHeroBlack/ is a namespace dedicated to vilifying certain heroes. (8 pages)
  • IThoughtThatWas/ is a namespace dedicated to non-indicative work names. (4 pages)
  • IReadThatAs/ is a namespace dedicated to easily misread titles. (4 pages)

Let me know if I've missed any. From the looks of it, we have about 500 to 600 "just for fun" pages still on Main/.

Meanwhile, the Sandbox/ pages that are marked as "just for fun" should probably be changed to "subpage" - since Sandbox/ pages are temporary, and marking them as "just for fun" skews with the stats (for namespace migration purposes).

I'm thinking that pages in the WMG/ namespace really should be marked as "just for fun", but we haven't been doing that. We've just been marking them as "subpage". I really don't want to go through and change 4000+ pages, though. Haiku/ is another one that really should be marked as "just for fun".

The system doesn't know you right now, so no post button for you.
You need to Get Known to get one of those.
