Yeah, the current really is horrible. I wouldn't go so far as to say that this trope is not picturable, but it will definitely be hard to come up with a replacement image. I personally have no suggestions.
Either way, I think current is pullable bad.
please don't capitalize my handle. I just don't like it.I'd be fine with calling this a "no picture" case.
Agree. Doesn't need a picture.
Momentum, a function of mass and velocity, is conserved between portals. In layman's terms: speedy thing goes in, speedy thing comes out. Before setting it as need-no-picture case, consider maybe a frame from Tangled Trailer with Flynn being beaten with Rapunzel's hair. That's considerably recent and memorable case of this trope. I'd caption it with something like "You came to see this scene in the movie? Too bad"
Conversely, Polish autumn is either absolutely ugly (if it's wet), or one of the most gorgeous sights on this Lord's good red-golden earthHmmmm...that could possibly work but a clean screencap would be needed.

Will any of those do? Maybe a compilation?

Conversely, Polish autumn is either absolutely ugly (if it's wet), or one of the most gorgeous sights on this Lord's good red-golden earthYour Missing Trailer Scene image suggestions are missing.
Moon◊hoped it was just problem with my browser or something like that *sigh*, so here are dorect links:
...wait, do those don't work either? No idea what's up with linking images, as they ARE on TV Tropes server. edited with tinyURL, so the links work now

Conversely, Polish autumn is either absolutely ugly (if it's wet), or one of the most gorgeous sights on this Lord's good red-golden earthIt's because of the autospacer for long bits of texts; shove them through tinyURL and they'll work. As it is, find the space in the URL and delete it and the preceding hyphen and it'll work.
If we use one of those, it'll need a comparison image to avoid being JAFAAC.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.thanks, used tinyURL. No idea how to make thumbnails work, though.
Well, maybe those should be contrasted with some actual screencaps from the movie? Sorry, no time to take those now.
Conversely, Polish autumn is either absolutely ugly (if it's wet), or one of the most gorgeous sights on this Lord's good red-golden earthOK, actually, the pictures are not that bad. I still think it's a no-picture case, but with the right caption it could work.

Pinball cleanup threadWhat is that?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThe male lead from Tangled after being knocked out...but there's nothing there to tell you that that particular scene wasn't actually in the film.
Honestly, I still think this would be best as a no-picture case.
Pinball cleanup threadNone of the suggested pictures — or the current one, if it hasn't been pulled yet — show the trope. They're just pictures that look perfectly reasonable as movie shots and completely JAFAAC since you have to know they aren't to make sense. I reckon the only way we can picture this would be if there's a convenient webcomic that lampshades the phenomenomenomenon.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. Not sure if there are any, as far as I know...
Pinball cleanup threadHere's what I meant. Sorry for the last post, I was trying to do something just before going on vacation and never got to edit the content.

Conversely, Polish autumn is either absolutely ugly (if it's wet), or one of the most gorgeous sights on this Lord's good red-golden earthI realize it's probably a limitation of using static scenes, but the "missing" pic feels like there's no continuity in the panels leading up to him being thrown out the window.
Well, I picked strictly the shots that are exclusive to trailer. This particular one was preceded by a shot actually shown in the movie (Pascal the chameleon doing threatening gesture).
Also, I didn't intend for those to look like comic strips. They just happen to be put in order.

Conversely, Polish autumn is either absolutely ugly (if it's wet), or one of the most gorgeous sights on this Lord's good red-golden earthI think the intended idea is too complex to be conveyed by that series.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I agree that it's just a too much to work.
Check out my fanfiction!@18: You could just use the shot where he's flying out of the tower screaming with the caption, "The trailer", then have the shot where the hair is flying out of the tower with the caption, "The actual movie".
"Oh great! Let's pile up all the useless cats and hope a tree falls on them!"
This image shows us absolutely nothing. It shows two scenes from a movie, and a sarcastic caption. I don't think you could show "this scene is in the trailer but not the movie", and the image doesn't even attempt to do a good job of it.
