Challenge: No cracking/popping fingers for 5 days

Sure. I frequently go five weeks without doing that, mainly because I can't!

Sounds like an interesting challenge, especially since I'm always popping my thumbs.

Fingers I can do. Toes...not so much.

Yeah, I havent been able to do this for like ten years.

Yeah, mine pop on their own sometimes.

I don't think I've ever cracked my fingers voluntarily...

I did that challenge years ago.

I cracked my neck as soon as I read this. I don't know why.

Sometimes happens "accidentally" with my left thumb. Technically it's dislocated since the ligament isn't in the position where you'll expect it to be. It hurt for the first few weeks, then there's only a sudden outburst of pain occasionally within a year or two, but it's more than 5 years now and there's no pain anymore. Albeit of course it's still technically dislocated.

I would never be able to do that as my joints sometimes do that on their own without me trying.

I could so never pull that off. Yay, bad habits!

As soon as I saw this thread I reflexively cracked my toes.

I could try, but there are no promises I'd succeed. (shrugs)

Does it really do any harm?
