Keep. I've never seen the source work either, but she looks (pose and expression) very ditzy, as well as fitting some stereotypes (cheerleader and blonde) for being a ditz.

This one's good. I can see the ditziness in her, and I have never seen Glee.

Yeah, just like everyone I've never seen Glee I admit the picture does show some ditziness such as the pose and expression to hammer the dumb blonde stereotype. It's not bad but I don't mind a replacement.
