Saint Braeburn:
Barry White is always welcomed.

This is the funniest romance song I can find.
Everything is Possible.

But somethings are more Probable than others.

Bieber My Balls
The City by Patrick Wolf. A sweet, sincere love song, with a smooth '80s sax. Seriously, gotta love that sax.

Tonight I Will Be Your Guide by Royal Wood. A masterfully-crafted pop song.

I Think I'll Call You Mine by Parlours. This is just a really cute song.

And what the hell, All This Time by the Heartless Bastards. It's not really a romantic song per se, but it's a cheerful love song, and they're my favourite band.

Thunder, Perfect Mind
"Her" by Swans is one of my favourite love songs of all time. Björk's "Cocoon" is up there, too.

Over And Overby Three Days Grace, i know its a little dark for a romance song.

Everlong by the Foo Fighters. This holds a real place in my heart, this is the song I was listening to when I got my first kiss.

Lazy?
[up][up]Over and Over isn't a romance song, it's about quitting a drug addiction.
You're one to talk, Photon Shot

It's how you get by, Ghost Butterfly

Metal tends to do this really crappy but Crimson Glory's "Heart of Steel" is fortunately an exception to the norm. Yeah, it's about unmanly things like "feelings" but they don't forget that it's supposed to hit as hard as any other song about failed rocket launches and fallen angels.

Pony for nothing, and your mares for free
The best love songs ever in my opinion:

From a man to a woman - Johnny Cash "I Walk The Line"
From a woman to a man - Aretha Franklin, "(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman"

Unfortunately I'm not very familiar with gay or lesbian love songs, so I can't really pick favourites there.
Any sufficiently advanced technology was either invented or predicted by Nikola Tesla.

Moronic, pretentious fan
Hey, that Swans song is pretty nice. And the Patrick Wolf song too, cool voice that man has. So thank you, thread, for feeding a hungry hipster new tunes smile

As for a song I enjoy with lyrics of that ubiquitous emotional persuasion:

Because I choose to.
The system doesn't know you right now, so no post button for you.
You need to Get Known to get one of those.
