Got curious, so I chose Chapter 2 to be a random entry point. Pretty good stuff, I have to say. I think I'll add this one to my list.
"When I was alive, I was a tender soul. Now, I am tenderloin." -Nanako (Senryuu Shoujo)Kinda funny how, imo, once you know the premise, you can skip the first chapters of a lot of manga since they're just about setting up said premise.

The one with the vampire pimp, eh? Pretty heartwrenching one indeed. =[ I'm creating a sandbox page for that matter.
Well yeah, since a synopsis is usually just a summary of the first (or first couple of) chapter.
Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.I may take a look myself. Also, minor grammatical note for , your misspelled "connections", unless that's an in series term in which case nevermind.
Oh… "Connexion" is the French spelling, my bad. >.< And an archaic English spelling, apparently.

Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.Huh. Never knew about the archaic English detail.
Komi-san is super-adorable as always. And finally, we get to see her and Tadano's siblings.
... BTW, should we make a page for Komi-san already?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.I… guess so? I haven't read the series yet though so I can't really help with that. But it seems to have a few followers.
On another note, Kasane is gonna have… not an anime but a live action adaptation. That's… a slightly odd choice but I could see it work. If they hire actors that know a thing or two about theater. I'm just worried about how they will render Kasane's ugliness.
Also good luck to the main actress who will basically have to play two different characters.

Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo....And of course, ever since the scarily competent secretary was enlisted into the Demon Army, the king's been fucking his own kingdom up.

"When I was alive, I was a tender soul. Now, I am tenderloin." -Nanako (Senryuu Shoujo)There us very few things worse than miserable kings. One of them is ...misravke kings with serious cases of PTSD.
Anyway I am slowly getting feeling, that even being kidnapped by demons was part of secretary ultra evil plan...
Started Kakegurui ("Gambling Maniac"?). It's kind of like Gambling Apocalypse Kaiji meets Prison School, I guess: it's set in an ultra-elite private school where the main after-curricular activity is gambling and a student's social status is based wholly on how well they do, and traces the path of a new transfer student Jyabame Yumeko... who has a literal gambling fetish and the luck/skill of the typical gambling-manga protagonist. Typical "taking on the absurdly powerful student council" and "secret ancient clan rivalry" shenanigans ensue. Also, extremely heavy yuri overtones. And sadistic girls. And a little gore.
I mean, I like psychological gambling/gaming manga even if I can't quite follow what's going on most of the time, but some of those reaction faces are half an awkward sentence away from belonging in a hentai manga. *twitch*
(Note: Licensed by Yen Press at time of writing. Apparently an anime adaptation is coming out... next month??? So I guess it's not all that under the radar, but I've only just seen mention of it in this year's Summer anime thread in passing.)

Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation.I've picked up Rikei ga Koi ni Ochita no de Shoumeishitemita (Science has fallen in love, so we tried to prove it), a series about two scientist, Himuro and Yukimura, who are in love... probably. Neither of them has any experience with love so they can't be sure. Thus they decide to find out using the only method they know... the scientific method. Thus they go on to conduct various experiments trying to determine their feelings.
It's hilarious beyond belief, not least of all because they actually use proper scientific method... but their assumptions and hypotheses are just so fundamentally misguided it just goes bonkers.
Also, anyone with iota of common sense can see they are in love and are just being idiots. It's super cute.
Yeah, this manga was introduced in this thread quite time ago. It never hurt mention again.
It happens to me sometimes. This thread is nearly 60 pages long so it's hard to remember every manga mentioned, or go check it all every time.
I've never heard of this, and now I just have to read it.
EDIT: Super-glad there is a tsukkomi on board.

"When I was alive, I was a tender soul. Now, I am tenderloin." -Nanako (Senryuu Shoujo)I just came across something neat about a manga I'm 90-odd% sure I first heard about here:
According to this tweet by Crunchyroll, the author of Jin, about a modern day surgeon who comes to medieval Japan, has set up a patreon to get the series translated into English without first going through a Western publisher.

That is excellent news! Jin is great.
So, should we start a thread for the Devil's Secretary yet?
Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.Sure why not (Chapter 4 is out btw)
Ooooo! Awesome news for Jin.
I recently read it at the recommendation of this thread and loved it.
"But if that happened, Melia might actually be happy. We can't have that." - Handsome RobCan't remember if it was brought up here or is considered "under the radar", but I just found that Golden Kamui is available to read on Viz's website. It's not part of the proper Shonen Jump lineup, but it's there and you can see the first two chapters free of charge. They just started, apparently, as only vol 1 is available to purchase.

Tsurezure Children's anime started today! I think the manga's been mentioned in this thread before. They're only half-sized episodes that are 12 minutes long, but it's available on Crunchyroll.
If you think you'd be into a slice of life romcom with tons of different pairings maybe give it a watch/read.

mario is red, i am green, i try my best, but everyone's meanNot really a manga, but I've been reading a series of comics drawn by Aldehyde about the tribulations of a 23-year-old NEET named Neeko. The translated texts can be found on Danbooru.
Given that the author is a prolific Pixiv (re: hentai) artist and doesn't take the "homely girl" route, it probably doesn't have the same impact as, say, Tomoko Kuroki, but some of the jokes and punchlines can be especially hard-hitting. In one page for instance, she lies to relatives that she's still in college when they ask if she's working.

"When I was alive, I was a tender soul. Now, I am tenderloin." -Nanako (Senryuu Shoujo)Oh yes, Aldehyde. The first time I came across his work was that one KanColle doujinshi revolving around an Admiral and his ship-wife Maya (in Kai 2 form), starting with him getting jealously protective of her during an Imagine Spot, proceeding to a lovey-dovey sex scene, and ending with the hilarious scene of her complaining about him foricng her to dress up in one of her older sisters' (i.e. Takao and Atago's) outfits.
He thinks her Kai 2 outfit exposes too much skin, you see. Don't want all those other filthy Admirals to ogle her wonderful belly and legs.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.
So Area 51 will end this September, with the 15th volume. I'm kinda glad I won't have to pour too much money into this series, but I don't really want it to end either. TT.TT Every volume is such a blast to read.
