Agree first quote should be removed (zap), but disagree that a comparison frame is needed. I think readers can be expected to know that Superman doesn't have blue skin or a backwards S, nor does Batman have floppy ears, nor is this planet a cube. Might benefit from a replacement (suggestion?) but doubt an addition would help.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Forgot to zap the part of the opening paragraphs that explicitly cite the zapped quote. :P (Took care of it, though.)
Moon◊Even if you miss every single other visual cue in the image, there's still the fact that the Earth isn't a cube in the normal world.

I think this is good enough. At least enough so as to be in Keep Until Better Image Suggested territory. And I don't think a comparison is necessary either.

I believe that this trope would benefit from an image from the Real World to show the difference. The image is basically a world where everyone has a silvery skin, but that's not the trope. Also, the page has two quotes, and the first (lengthy) one isn't really fitting for this trope either.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!
