Play it up the Ho Yay and diffuse it Rumiko Takahashi style. Then go on to rationally explain the improbability of the characters being sexually attracted to each other.
Depending on if you don't mind it being campy, and given the subject matter I imagine that's OK, you can have the characters lampshade this directly.
"What? Just because I haven't seen Riku in a few years and I've been spending every waking moment trying to save his doesn't mean I want to sleep with the guy. Seriously...
...Dude owes me five bucks from when I beat his ass in that last race back on the isles."
Plus Sora getting shit from Donald for being way too close for their own good would be hilarious given the clear hypocrisy with him and Goofy.

All Heroes die. Some just more than others. http://dimanagul.wordpress.comI'm simply having the characters discuss crazed fangirls and their disgust for them.
Ah. I assumed there was an intact Fourth Wall.
All Heroes die. Some just more than others. http://dimanagul.wordpress.comIn a work like this? What a silly thing to think.
It's making fun of rabid, yaoi fangirls. It's supposed to be silly
Well, if you really want to make a group of people took a good long look at themselves, I suggest that you make your work, at its heart, about a series of simple questions: Why do some girls preoccupy themselves with the non-extant potential for sexual tension between fictional characters? Do they feel less threatened when observing a relationship between two individuals that they are themselves attracted to by removing the element of another female character? Does it give them a sense of control over the situation?
I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception.Though this isn't a terribly useful approach here, I usually spend my take thats by point out how something in silly, usually just in passing.
Nous restons ici.Please write this.
Though with no malicious intention, I plan to write a Take That, Audience! fic towards rabid YaoiFangirlss concerning the Kingdom Hearts fandom. This is all out of mere fun; not to bash anyone at all, but how can someone invoke this trope in their story, either the plot of the story is complete something different?
