Hasn't there been a heat wave in general in the US for a few days now?
Alt account of Angeldog 2437.^^ Your location makes me think sarcasm but I'm not sure.

"Allah may guide their bullets, but Jesus helps those who aim down the sights."Yeah, I'm being sarcastic. It's just a big pet peeve of mine when people complain about the heat when that kind of thing is normal to me. Like, I have to run in 100 degree weather pretty much every day.

And we're at 5000+ feet vertical elevation and in full brunt of the fire season.
"Allah may guide their bullets, but Jesus helps those who aim down the sights."Okay I see this is about to go bad places, but that doesn't make much of a difference. I was able to run just fine in Tennessee, which has an elevation of 6000 feet.
Eh okay.
"Allah may guide their bullets, but Jesus helps those who aim down the sights."Alright then.
So how's the Army going?
Didn't work as long as I wanted, It's a Long Story.
"Allah may guide their bullets, but Jesus helps those who aim down the sights."Ah, that's too bad.
Yeah Oklahoma heat really sucks when wearing AC Us.
Let me guess, you're at Ft. Sill, right?
Allow me to point and laugh at you.
"I don't know how I do it. I'm like the Mr. Bean of sex." -Drunkscriblerian^^ Georgia heat did too. Even at only 80F it wasn't a nice warm. Goddamned humidity.

"Allah may guide their bullets, but Jesus helps those who aim down the sights."Yeah, Oklahoma routinely gets to 100+ in the summer with high humidity too.
"I don't know how I do it. I'm like the Mr. Bean of sex." -Drunkscriblerian^ That's the thing I like about Colorado. We may have a land of Russian extremes where it can be 100+ in the summer and -30 in the winter but at least the humidity in times of warmth is low unless its about to rain. (Most of the time anyways...)
Now if only it weren't so goddamned cold in January and December. Climate change is shifting things to emphasize the extremes. The summers get hotter (very slightly) but the winters get much colder when not under the influence of La Nina/El Nino. (Yearly average actually trends lower when you smooth the extremes out. Meaning years where we get a lot of 100F and a fair bit of -30F or similar are actually colder than years where we rarely if ever reach 100F.)

"Allah may guide their bullets, but Jesus helps those who aim down the sights."DG: yep, Ft. Sill, which according to that health briefing, has the highest STD rate of all the Army bases in the US.
So remember Mark, always use a condom when you fuck the whores.
Yeah, Western Washington is like that, only with less temperature extremes. So far it's not broken 90F.
Yeah, that sounds about right. They don't have reliable sex ed down there.

ᐅᖃᐅᓯᖅ ᐊᑕᐅᓯᖅ ᓈᒻᒪᔪᐃᑦᑐᖅThe heat is indeed wonderful. From around last winter to just yesterday, my room had no air conditioning. The past few days were so much fun.
Although I spent last summer working on a parking lot pushing shopping carts uphill. In the southern United States. In an area with high humidity. THAT was fun. Especially when there's only one functioning electric cart pusher and the other guy working the lot refuses to work without it, thus leaving me to work with me own bear hands (I now have the mental image of a grizzly bear pushing a shopping cart through a store). What am I talking about again?
It can be annoying when up above 40 C, sure, but if nothing else it's a great excuse for ice cream

If you are not very careful, your possessions will posses you@ Mark: My cousin's husband is at Ft. Sill. My other cousin's husband was there too until recently.
My cousins have told me all about Lawton.

the cat got skinned again!Fucking A. Tomorrow is supposed to be 103 degrees Fahrenheit here. Rest of the week is also gonna be over 100. I feel sorry for the poor bastards in basic right now.
We seem to be in a tad bit of a heat wave in Colorado. Today was 106F (41C) in Pueblo while I was at work. Three of the last five days have had similar temps with only yesterday and Wednesday being the exceptions. The forecast calls for such weather to stick around for about four more days minimum.
And the thing is, this really isn't that impossible. June and July are the hottest months in Colorado and the hottest it can get is about 115F (46C). We also usually have a few days around now where the temp goes north of 100F.
Hopefully my prediction is correct in that 10 days from now or less the monsoon season will trigger because of the warmth and give us our much needed rain. Seriously the hills are gold because the grass has browned out and gone dormant waiting for more rain. If we don't start getting regular rain in three weeks no amount of rain will bring it back.
