I see what you're getting at Darkside, though I have to disagree. While in the area that is under the effects of Kusanagi (which is the entire city of Archwood and De le Mancha), Wukong's, along with all the other Servant's Agility are reduced to their new 'semi'-permanent ranks.
Since Wukong used his clone thing while under the affects of Kusanagi, him and his clones Agility would go down to E+ Rank because his current base stat is D+. His original stat outside of Kusanagi is A+, and if he used his clone thingy outside of Kusanagi's range, then it would be B+. If he walked inside Kusanagi's range with his clone, then it would be reduced to C+ Rank because his base Agility stat while walking inside of the range of Kusanagi was B+.
And what KSPAM said is pretty much right since that was Kusanagi's original function, though I'm more-or-less ignoring the "+" modifiers to make it a hell
of a lot less complex (though it seems to have done the opposite, apparently), even though technically Kusanagi affects all
Ranks of Agility equal to, less than, or greater than Yami's, and reduces those greater than hers (including "+" modifiers) by 3 ranks, equal to hers by 1 rank, and those less than hers by a "-", which basically cuts their agility in half.
So, as to avoid further arguments and to make things absolutely clear... and with the permission of the G Ms
and everyone else, I'd like to throw out the previous chart, make a proper
chart for the stat reduction, and not half-ass it this time.
Would that be alright?

Sometimes, you just gotta do the unexpected to catch the expected unexpected individual who you are expecting.
