Have a character that might be good.
- Name: Tabitha Logan. Nicknames T'Lo and T-Pain.
- Age: 27
- Gender: Female
- Gang: Is torn whether or not to join a gang, and whether the Saints or Crusaders.
- Appearance: If Buffy Summers screwed Triple H, and she got him pregnant, Tabitha might be the result. 6'3, 212 pounds, massive beefy frame. Dark pale skin, a native of Venezuela. Long dirty blonde hair, brown eyes, thick arched blonde eyebrows. Always wears big boots to accommodate her feet which she lives in constant pain from, and usually buys from Branded. Denim jeans and shirts, baseball tops and track pants, or open necked blouses and sharkskin lace up leather pants.
- Personality: Very stoic, calm and rational. Is not afraid to use her size or strength to intimidate, but makes more use of her smarts and common sense. Tends to be either Comically Serious or a Deadpan Snarker.
Tropes associated with Tabitha:
- Achilles' Heel: Literally. Tabitha has to wear big boots to protect her feet or risk being wheelchair bound.
- Action Girl: When she needs to be.
- Affably Evil: One of her weaknesses, trying to be nice to those who want her dead.
- Ambiguously Gay: Shows signs of this towards rival gang members, as well as the female cast of vampire shows.
- Berserk Button: Bullies. Tabitha is a self confessed Bully Hunter, taking after her television heroes despite knowing this could lead to her downfall.
- Closet Geek: Of vampire fiction. Tabitha assumes the boss of the Saints and Shaundi would like a couple of examples in particular.
- Cultured Warrior: Reads up on a lot of books and can quote passages from a lot of the material she had watched and read verbatim.
- Dark Action Girl: Tabitha genuinely shows more patience that she really has any place to. Pushed past her limits however and she will show she's not to be trifled with.
- Dark Skinned Blonde
- Deadpan Snarker: When not being the Comically Serious.
- Deal with the Devil: She feels siding with gangs would be this.
- Determinator
- Disproportionate Retribution: A weakness for her in regards to bullies: she feels they destroy other people's lives so she'll destroy theirs.
- Even Evil Has Standards: Senseless gang violence and drug dealing does not suit Tabitha at all. Instead she considers it far smarter to join forces with gangs for control. She realizes that most gangs would reject this, and discusses how everything is a drug to someone, so no matter what they do they are supplying someone with a habit.
- Hacker Cave: Her crib is a toned down, realistic version. Aside from a computer hooked up to a giant TV and two walls of gadgets there's a biker shrine, a gym and car port.
- Hidden Depths: A Hot Amazon who looks like The Brute and Dumb Muscle, but quickly proves to be a Cultured Badass, Pop-Cultured Badass and Genius Bruiser.
- It's Up to You: And she finds it mildly annoying.
- The Lad-ette
- Let's You and Him Fight: One solution Tabitha uses for reticent gangs.
- Made of Iron: Tabitha is tough enough to have most anything thrown at her and keep going.
- Meganekko: Is blind as a bat without glasses.
- Necessarily Evil: How Tabitha sees the gangs.
- Nice Hat: Likes to wear straw hats.
- Non Action Girl: For the most part, preferring to use brains rather than brawn.
- Pay Evil unto Evil: Tabitha's stock in trade.
- Pet the Dog: All the time, whether it be bystanders in the street, gang members, police, bullies...
- Sliding Scale of Idealism vs. Cynicism: Idealistically she wants to work with the other gangs. Realistically she knows they'll just kill each other.
- Squee: Her reaction to meeting the lead from a counterpart show to Nyghtblade.
- Took a Level in Badass: Went from a powerful boardline Brawn Hilda to a Hollywood Pudgy, and getting even stronger.
- Well-Intentioned Extremist: Part of her reluctance to joining a gang.
- The Worf Effect: When gangs want to show they mean business Tabitha is their favorite target.
- Wrestler in All of Us: Her hand to hand moves are exclusively wrestling based.
- Bio: Tabitha grew up as a farmer and when she was old enough joined the coast guard. However sick and tired of the Perpetual Poverty she lived in began breaking the law. She quickly had the Spanish police after her and she fled to Australia, where she sought out the famous razor gangs of Melbourne, who didn't want her. They sent her to Sydney to broker a deal with the Kings Cross Union. However it fell through and Tabitha fled to the States in the hopes of hiding out in Nova where she currently performs menial work while trying to find something to do with her life.
- Equipment: A crib (the aforementioned Hacker Cave,) .44 Shepard and purple Compensator.

Bumping this thread up, have a character ready to go, use her in the games all the time and would love to play a Saints Row RP if there is still interest.

That's aight with me.
Said that 'cause you ain't posted since Jun 22 (not answering signups one way or another neither)... I assumed you just lost interest.
Here's my first rough draft for a character anyway.
- Name: Shanice Foreman.
- Age: 22.
- Sex: Female.
- Gang: Unaffiliated (she ain't fit in no ethnic/political gang out there).
- Appearance: A tall, fit and curvy black woman in her early twenties, Shanice's very dark-skinned, with gray eyes and thin, shoulder-length dreadlocks dyed red. She got poor eyesight, needing glasses to see worth a damn. She got several silver earrings and piercings, and a knife scar down the left side of her face. Shanice hates girly clothes (wouldn't be caught dead on a skirt or high heels), much preferring red combat boots, urban camo pants, a plain black leather jacket, band T-shirts (or halfway open gray shirts) and army caps. She's overly fond of tactical gloves, and rarely goes nowhere without a backpack.
- Personality: Shanice is smart, cynical and sarcastic, rarely missing an opportunity for a smart-ass quip. When it comes to business, she's fierce and ambitious, but she ain't afraid to show some flex. She's willing to play the game as a business... 's long as folks stay cooperative.
- Bio: Born in a housing project in South-Central LA, she grew up a typical corner kid, yellin' Five-O, slangin' dope'n'coke, listening to punk and rap, doing the odd hit... Until her gang was torn down by a Federal indictment and a Latin gang took over the 'hood. 17 and affiliated to a dead gang, her only apparent way out was to travel up north with a cousin and enroll in community college (Econ/Pol-Sci). With a broke-ass family and no marketable skills out of the game, her only practical way to put herself through school was getting back to The Game: Hustlin' anything to anybody and doing the odd hired gun gig.
- Equipment: .45 Glock, Electric Baton, Combat Knife, Laptop, run-down Freelander.
Tropes That Apply To Shanice:
- Berserk Button: Punk her on a deal, snitch on her crew, or go wild on a civvie... And she will lit your ass up. Several times.
- Even Evil Has Standards: She never pulls her gun on a civilian. If you ain't on the game, she'll leave you alone.
- Hidden Depths: Apparently she's a regular street gangster. Actually, she's a massive geek and quite calculating.
- Honor Among Thieves: Sanice is willing to be straight to those who're straight with her.

The following is an RP based off of Saints Row, set in the fictional state of West Tacoma, the 52nd State of the Union.
After seizing control of both Stilwater and Steelport, as well as going corporate, the Third Street Saints send an expedition of gangsters out to the state of West Tacoma to establish business operations both illegal and legal, as well as take over the state from other gangs in the area. The leader of the Saints' expedition is Johnny Gat (who really was just hiding after all!), arriving personally from Steelport to lead the expedition.
West Tacoma is a large state with a strange geography, it's capital and sole major city is the massive city of Nova (Population 12,000,000) and the governor is Bruce Campbell (Yes, THAT Bruce Campbell).
