Looking for name of an old animated movie, probably from the 90's.:

I remember years ago on Cartoon Network, I saw this movie that was about this old lady who owned a bunch of dogs, and then abruptly died, and the plot of the film was the dogs trying to stop two greedy relatives of this old lady from claiming her old mansion.

Does this ring a bell with anyone?

You Know That Show.

We really need a more prominent link to that page.

cuter, cuddlier Edmond
Either that "Millionaire Dogs" thing or Rover Dangerfield. I've never seen either I'm just guessing based on the dog theme.

What You Saying?
On this topic, I remember once watching some sort of weird, lower budget animated version of Lady and the Tramp definitely not Disney. It was kinda creepy beacuse there Tramp (or his Expy; I don't remember the movie that well at all, so I don't know if it was a copycat or another take on the original prose story) met Lady when she was just a puppy, and he already was a grown dog. And thet still ended up together at the film's end after she grew up.

Most of life's greatest questions can be answered with a healthy 'Eh, whatever'.
That sounds vaguely like a movie we used to have. I want to say the title was "Scruffy", but searches are not bearing that out.

This movie started with the title character being born as a puppy, and I think her mother was living in an abandoned house for some reason, and then there was a fire and the mother got her out but died. Then she met a streetwise adult male and his pack, and they all went to the pound.

I distinctly remember a scene in the pound where the male dog was ill, and the female looked up at the sky and pleaded for his life. The narrator commented that "she didn't know it, but what she was doing was praying." The male quickly thereafter woke up.

Then everybody got saved by a kid coming to adopt dogs.

So it's pro-canine pedophilia and its narrator is God? That's kinda screwed up.

Thanks guys, I guess it is Millionaire Dogs.

The system doesn't know you right now, so no post button for you.
You need to Get Known to get one of those.
