If you surf around some art sites you'll see quite a few people do.
What am I doing here again? What are you doing here? I lurk around at Deviantart rather than here.

The only currenct "talent" accepts it's hard work.
This artist made this beautiful drawing just using mspaint!. Sometimes I think we focus so much on the tool an buying tools, that we tend to forget that learning and practice are the what truly matter when you want to be a better artist.
Just becuase you don't have 20 different kind of pencils,100+ brushes or a cheap tablet doesn't mean you can't achive great things. But if you do congrats you will be able to acomplish many things.
Sometimes just an averagepencil (traditional art) or a mouse/cheap (digital art) tablet are all you need.
Whereas someone that doesn't even practice or learn;not even with a 1500 dollars tablet and using Photoshop CS 5/sai/corel/manga studio etc will acomplish what aomeone that practices do.
