I watched it a long time ago. 14. It's not a good anime, but on the other hand, it's a comedy.

I don't know any thing abut this one but I hope the links help.
The anime is only 4 episodes long. I've never seen it, but I know of it from watching a pretty comprehensive video review of it.
The original manga was by the same author as Keroro Gunsou, is Shounen and ran in Monthly Famitsu Wave.
The premise kinda has me a bit concerned, though. I mean, it's apparently "about a girl, I think in middle-school, who gets video game playing super powers by flashing her magical panties."
Of course, if it isn't pornographic, nor does it have any paedo-pandering material, then I guess it's good to keep.
Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows. What are "Passion Panties?" I'm guessing I probably don't want to know...but I have to.
"Did anybody invent this stuff on purpose?" - Phillip Marlowe on tequila, Finger Man by Raymond Chandler. They are PASSION PANTIES!!! (magic video gaming panties) But if we cut any anime with 14 year olds flashing way too much panty, we wouldn't have a site.

To my understanding, they're just underwear that makes you really good at video games.
If it means anything, Sega has their name stamped all over this thing. Something tells me it's not porn, or meant to appeal to pedophiles.

... You know, I can't help but feel a bit bothered by this.
Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows. If I recall correctly, the anime did indeed have video game product placement for Namco and Sega games.
Anyway, it's definitely not porn, and the manga and probably anime too were aimed at teenagers, so it's not pedo.
It's just really dumb and stupid.
Yea, only a 13 year old would be all hurr, durr, I saw a girl's panties while she saved the world with video games.
"But if we cut any anime with 14 year olds flashing way too much panty, we wouldn't have a site."
Hmm...
"Did anybody invent this stuff on purpose?" - Phillip Marlowe on tequila, Finger Man by Raymond Chandler. No, we'd have less anime examples.
Keeper of The Celestial FlameAnd only a handful fewer. Now if we were to cut all related appearances of women's underpants in general... we'd still have a lot to work with, actually.
I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception.I always got the impression it was made for comedic implications, and not to sexualise her. Underwear are not by definition sexual.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.Cutting something based on its description sounds kinda strange... Even if the premise makes me want to drink the memories away on its own.
If its aimed at people her age (by proxy of two years, although I cannot imagine that 12 year olds would be interested in this....... So roughly if it is aimed at 14-16 year olds) I would say its.... Ummm. Weird, but not a violation of content, regardless of personal feelings.
Underwear is basically a swimsuit.... I mean, we have a trope for this double standard.... Umm. Yeah. Fully-Clothed Nudity .....
Edit: I will now skedaddle from this potentially tremendous work-landmine...

Happens to be known as Walrus Jones in other circles.I once saw a review by Jesu Otaku on That Guy With The Glasses. It was a while ago, but I don't think the site got in trouble over it, so it doesn't seem too taboo...just something that really will alienate the audience.
"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelYou sure it wasn't Marz Gurl? That was one of her earlier ones (and the reason I've even heard of this).
Oh no, this thing. We picked it up in order to show it at a sleepover since it looked innocent enough. We were dead wrong. The main character flashes her panties all the time while grown men get nosebleeds and fawn over her. There's no defense for this. We fast-forwarded through it to make sure that we didn't waste our cash, and there's panty shots everywhere. It's pedoshit.

One big YES!I'll take a look after dinner. If Casper's post is accurate, I may need to wash my dinner down with a good stout.
"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenMy contention is that pedos are not interested in pubescent girls and only want kids. Is this some sort of confusion?
Pubescent girls are kids.
One big YES!As stupid as the show sounds, everything seems to indicate that it is just another shonen ecchi work with fanservice of teens, for teens.
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/releases.php?id=2413
The age rating is listed as +13.
According to this:
http://myanimelist.net/anime/1596/Arcade_Gamer_Fubuki
it is PG-13 and shonen.
So, would that make child porn okay if the pornographer made it for other little kids to enjoy? If the work features kids flashing their panties with grown men drooling with delight, it needs to be cut. That doesn't say "Of teens, for teens" to me.

One big YES!
Who knows a lot about this thing?
There's no Wikipedia page, and a Google Image Search brings up quite a lot of absolutely unnecessary panty shots. How old is the girl supposed to be?
