This is almost a textbook JAFAAC, with a second caption added to the bottom. I don't think this illustrates the trope well; it's just a pic of some random white guy with the bland assertion that he is an example.
Special trousers. Very heroic.

*snerk* Well, it's a parody of Dances with Wolves, so it's at least an example...it's weak, though.

Meh, an actual shot from DWW would be better.

Clock is set.
I'd keep it unless an amazing example appeared.

Supporting pull. Not at all good looking.
Well, the movie title on the pic sort of explains the trope... Which is a small step above a caption.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.

[up] No, that's exactly a caption. A line of text which is required to understand the picture.
Special trousers. Very heroic.
Well, people have complained before when I've mentioned that a text isn't any better than a caption just because it's in the picture.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.
I'd say pull it. This might not be the kind of thing where an image that shows it can be found.
I think the title of a work (on a poster or packaging or whatever) is very similar to but not exactly like a caption.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel.
Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.
Dances With Wolves is actually a bad example of the trope in the first place. Costner's character is never shown to be better at being Sioux than the actual Sioux are.
serial tweaker, sorry
How about this panel from The Phantom?

14.1.

The others have less of the mighty aspect and look more like someone taking questions.

Reopening the thread...not sure who locked it or when, and there's no "keep the pic" notice on the page.

I think you accidentally locked it when you posted [up][up]

Retagged the page, since a thread move by itself doesn't do that.

[up] Nope, if I was gonna lock it I would've said so in the thread.

That being said, I'm still not getting what you got from the last Phantom suggestion.

[up][up]The thing I noticed from that pic is that visual-wise, it seems that the Phantom is receiving the lens from the black person and not the other way around.

Though if the text outweighs this detail, it's fine for me.
