Suggestion: Make the system restore into an edit.:

Terradorablyfying
I don't mean with diffs and all; the way it currently is on the history page is fine.

However, since it isn't an edit it doesn't show up on the Recent Changes tool. This means that when you get a vandal and his edits are mod-reverted, his edits don't go off the page. It ends up looking like this when the vandal is a new account.

This is annoying because they will show up on the New Accounts filter even after being taken care of, filling up the page with stuff that doesn't need checking (well, new troper's edits don't technically always need checking, but I make a habit of it). When the vandalism is reverted by a normal troper, the page goes off the filter as a new account is no longer the most recent edit to the page.

Could it be made so that the system restore affected the tool, making it clearer what has and hasn't been done as the vandal's edit would no longer be on the page?

And does this post make sense/can you see what I'm trying to get at?
It actually does show up as an edit...on the edit history of the mod who used it. But it shows as a blank edit, without pointing to the appropriate page. Check my history for instance.

Temptation lies in the forbidden. Some doors should never be re-opened.
The system doesn't know you right now, so no post button for you.
You need to Get Known to get one of those.
