I have seen War Games, and I still don't understand it.
...reading the trope page, I get it now, but that name is not all that common in the movie (especially not the first hour), making it rather obscure trivia.
And the name is wrong. First, it confuses the hackers (what the trope is about) with the system they're trying to hack (i.e. Joshua); and second, this is not a bug but a backdoor password.
Awful name, and I think we already have this covered in other tropes.

I don't think this went through YKTTW at all.
The trope name is needlessly obtuse, I'm not so sure "bug" is the right term for this ("security hole" is what I imagine from this scenario), and it strikes me as Too Rare To Trope.
I've got even more concerns beyond those, but that's not really important. I'm fine with cutting this.

I don't see where the trope is in this. It sounds like a complex even, which is less of a trope and more of a story.

It's a small trope, having only one wick, the bare minimum three examples, no updates from September of last year, and no index. Additionally, the name, for those who haven't seen War Games, is all but impossible to understand. It'd need a lot of that to be fixed for it to be a growing trope—if it should be kept as a trope at all.
