The Other Troper
The trope definition is basically "fish does better out of water than in water". The picture doesn't show this. It's just a caveman in a business suit, but doesn't indicate that he's acting naturally in the suit. Plus the caption is an opinion on the sketch and has nothing to do with the trope.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.
Heh, it's the Trope Namer . Just saying.
That does not matter.

I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.
Let's see, he's in a courtroom, he looks like a caveman, and he's explaining something without seeming too bothered about the situation. At the very least, he's doing better than he "logically" should. While that doesn't illustrate the trope in full, it does a passable job at it.

If it's relevant, I've not seen the sketch in question, and I only found out about it just now.

Keep Until Better Image Suggested.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.

I at least changed the caption to actually help inform the trope.

Phinatic
I say we change the image to something from a different point in the sketch. He seems confused by the whole ordeal in the one we have now.

[up]I think he doesn't seem confused. I thought he was explaining something when I saw it, as I mentioned above.

The system doesn't know you right now, so no post button for you.
You need to Get Known to get one of those.
