Duplicate Image: Logical Fallacies get usage counts

1 Trope Eater, Sun, 29th Apr '12 2:15:32 PM from the depths of Hell
That One Troper
With Four Terms Fallacy.
   Evil is my favorite color.
It fits Four Terms Fallacy better; it more specifically depicts an example of that. Also, I imagine finding a different image for Logical Fallacy would be easier.

However, it is a single-panel cartoon, therefore an entire work that should be removed from both pages.

Pulled image:
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel.
Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.
A pity. That's a really good image for this.

Would it still count as the whole work if we crop out the caption at the bottom? Because it really doesn't need it.

Belief or disbelief rests with you.
The Fair Use limitation of US copyright law says it may be okay to use a portion of the work, but that the "amount and substantiality of the portion used" will be considered in determining whether or not a particular use is fair. The point of not using single-panel comics is to avoid using the whole work (which is certainly a copyright violation, whereas a portion may be arguable). Shaving a few pixels off the bottom follows the letter of the law while spitting in the face of the spirit.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel.
Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.
