Well, this is quite awesome. A part of me wants more info, but another part of me hopes they continue to keep this under wraps... >_>
Departed days ahead.M Bison, if you please...
I guess we could go... wherever we please.
The Sonic Wiki Curator... Cool.
whoo! Although I haven't bought the first game yet, but still whoo!
Ridiculous CreatureYESYESYESYESYESYESYESYES YEEESSSSS!!! This absolutely made my day!
Baby!Still waiting for the first one on 3ds.
Never tell your problems to anyone...20% don't care and the other 80% are glad you have them.
DedWell, i've played the first levels of Rayman Origins, and it's excellent. If they refine the gameplay and art style further, i don't think anyone can comprehend that.
If you wanna PM me, send it to my mrsunshinesprinkles account; this one is blorked.
Responsible adultI don't know why, but the art gives me a weird sort of Skullmonkeys vibe.
[insert quip here]Well, this is a pleasant surprise. Didn't the original underperform?
Ridiculous CreatureI couldn't get a look at the pictures before because I was at school, but now that I can get a good look at them, I have to say they're pretty intersting. The art syle looks more... I want to say watercolorish. And going for a more Greek feel? Kind of a strange choice, but I'm interested to see where hey go with it. @X 2 X:Actually, Ubisoft said that RO has turned a profit for them.

rrwbut it still underperformed. but it's nice we still get sequel
Easy street has no parking signs.
[insert quip here], Well, that's great then.
Responsible adultIt underperformed at first, but thanks to a price drop and word of mouth, it became a long-tail seller. Turning a profit + critically acclaimed + project that got Ubisoft on happy terms with Michel Ancel again = sequel bait. Too bad it's yet another distraction from what everyone wants to see out of him...
Insert title^You saying they shouldn't do Rayman sequel? D:<
Time to change the style, for now
[insert quip here]More like "while people don't mind Rayman, they'd rather see a BG&E sequel first."
I believe Rayman Origins was done as a side project at first. Is that accurate?
Conceptually FrameworkedI hope the porting will take less time with this sequel. I'm not sold on the setting we will apparently be getting, but as long as it looks nice I guess.
"Nullius addictus iurare in verba magistri, quo me cumque rapit tempestas, deferor hospes."
Pathological MonsterFingers crossed that this time the real Mr Dark will make a comeback...
Responsible adult@X 2 X: Exactly. I love the hell out of Origins, but BG&E2 has been in development for so freaking long, and they've been teasing us with it for so many years, I wish Ancel would just clear out the side-projects and extra things and just work full-time on BG&E2. I'd be more than happy to wait for Origins 2 if it means BG&E2 will release sometime not long after the first game's tenth birthday.
The Chew Toy of Gaming! 0_O Seems a bit more 2.5D than the original, though. Still, I'll probably get this.

Lampshade Hanging: It's a lifestyle.
Ridiculous CreatureWe got new screenshots! Either all the character models are in 3D, or they're using a much better shader. Also, a trailer. Musics ehhh, but it looks like we might be getting an online mode. And we also have a potential name. Rayman Legends, anybody?
