You haven't clearly answered my question. You see, the transformation sequence in Nanoha Movie has naked little girls (one of them has nipple being shown). Why don't you delete the whole Nanoha franchise page? It was posted here the only 1 is enough. And yes, transformation scenes exist only for titillation, and the way it was rendered in Nanoha Movie can be labeled as titillating.

The movie is not the franchise. If there's a problem with the movie, it can be looked at.

But every entry can be looked at separately. Also, most american tv adaptions cleans that up anyway. Good example in Digimon Season 3/Tamers. They made sure nothing was showing.

The PSP game has pretty much no chance. The game's official site has pictures of all the girls in swimsuits and shows a screenshot of a scene involving one of the girl's butt in the main character's face. Also, the girls have a Loli Meter. I have no idea.

...Okay, that's just wrong.

I'm on the verge of saying kill it with fire, but context may justify it. I'm leaning towards "bye bye", though.

Apparently, coaching the girls and pushing them to win raises their Sports Gauge, and other coaching and interacting with them raises their Loli Gauge.

Considering the title of it, it's entirely possible it means a non-pedophilic relationship with them. As in the typical child-teacher one to improve them. But considering the other versions, I doubt it.

If anybody can confirm what it means, we can figure out if it really is pedophile-pandering or not.(I want to nickname that P.P. now...)

melcarba, you honestly can't see the difference between the shower scenes in RKB and bath scenes in family anime like Totoro? It's all about demographics and intent. Who is the product catering to and how do the creators want you to respond to it? Context is absolutely vital.

It's bad enough that we have to describe the specific objectionable content in detail, but the last two things I want to connect are "underaged children" and "PP". That just sounds wrong, y'know?

Also, author intent is ignored. But how the scene comes off isn't. It doesn't matter if the author considers it porn if we don't. And so on.

What's its CERO rating?

I know about Death of the Author, but I don't think one should entirely disregard demographics when judging if a work is pandering to the lolicon audience.

Going by the facts: The primary demographic of the anime is Seinen. The manga (if Mangaupdates is to be believed) is targeted to the Shounen demographic (Dengeki G's Magazine) See: http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=57711 The PSP game is 12+

The manga's magazine is aimed at men in their teens through 30's. So it's basically both Shounen and Seinen.

I don't particularly care. The images presented are not something I'd give anyone, 12 or no.

I don't think this would be rated 12+. If there is significant fanservice or "sexualization of children" as you call it, it should have been rated 15+. Of course, you may argue that Asians have more tolerance to sexual content.

Characters page. "Loli mode" (pink button) - swimsuits. "Supo (Sports) mode" (blue button) - PE kit. While I probably wouldn't doubt that this shouldn't contain outright explicit material, given the context... I'm leaning towards not clearing it.

These images make me think of the photos of nude little girls I sometimes see in scientific papers. Not something I'd call wiki-safe.

Also, the ratings guidelines allow exceptions for dang good reasons. methinks this is one of them.

What the heck!? Playing the game, you fill up two gauges, the Sports Gauge and the Loli Gauge! The second one is some kind of relationship meter. But that name...!

I can't see how the context is anything but pedophile-based in the context with the screens alone. And the one part I translated...

Okay, unless a person who can easily read it can translate all this, I'm just saying "Okay, it's gone."
