I've recently come to the realization that several tropes that would belong on Doppelgänger's list of subtropes are mysteriously not; I've already had to add Alternate Self, Mirror Self, Robot Me, and others. Also, some of the "character type tropes" list actually belonged on the "related tropes" list (e.g. Actually a Doombot), so I've taken the liberty of moving them there. However, I just know that I must be missing something somewhere.

So, after asking the staff on Ask The Tropers for approval, I've decided to create this Special Efforts thread to coordinate collaborative effort with other tropers for addressing this issue — specifically, for searching out already-existing tropes that aren't listed on Doppelgänger even though they do belong on it, as well as determining which tropes that are already listed on either of the trope article's two lists have been misplaced and should be shuffled around.
