Any fans of the Eurovision Song Contest living in the good ol' U.S. of A? I want to fan-flail with fellow tropers on my side of the earth about my favorite music contest this year!

I've developed a taste for the music. Never gotten to watch it though.

Estonia was robbed last year.

You should accept Canadians in this thread. They've got one foot in Europe, anyway, so you'll get more folks posting ... maybe.

I wish I had seen this before the show - I'm always looking for (North) Americans to geek out about Eurovision with.

And Iceland was robbed this year.

I missed the broadcast. My computer doesn't like livestreams for some reason. Fortunately, there are Perfectly Legal Means of acquiring the songs.

Between political voting and the frequent cases of Distracted by the Sexy and/or Shiny, it's amazing that the songs that deserve to win ever do. I can't imagine "Satellite" would have won in 2010 if it weren't being sung by a hot chick in a black minidress.

Goodness, I'm late. Anyway— Congratulations to Sweden and Loreen~

As for other entries, I really think Israel should have at least made it to the final.

...starring Adam Sandler?!
Mexico count as "America", right? I mean, you're refering to America the continent, not the USA, right? [lol]
The system doesn't know you right now, so no post button for you.
You need to Get Known to get one of those.
