Detective Comics
There's no fooling Steph. Glad she caught on quick to Tim's intentions as far as issues went (even if it took "weeks" in story), but yeah, she's totally heeling on the team again after this. Not looking forward to that
How many Wonder/Bat stories are there, anyway?
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!JLU, which then adapted it into the comics during Joe Kelly's (I think) tenure. There was also a scene during Trinity where he snuck up behind her and made out with her, because he's an asshole like that.
WonderSupes is more common.

I actually kind of like Wonderbat but I cannot stand Wondersupes.
Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise? You know, stuff like this makes me wonder if Diana would be better off the less she interacted with Clark or Bruce.
Maybe if they had Bruce and Clark treat Diana like a sister instead of the writers thinking a woman should always be a love interest to a male teammate! Though, why has there never been a series of Batman and Wonder Woman teamups? And if Clark and Diana team up, what is the best way to still have Bruce be useful without giving the two Flying Bricks the Idiot Ball?
That's actually what I was leading up to, but I wanted to know if there was already a lack of Wonderbat stories first. I feel like there'd be fewer Wonderbat stories because they just don't play off each other as well. Superman and Batman are thematic opposites, opposing world views, color schemes, methods, and contrasting skillsets. Superman and Wonder Woman, meanwhile, are similar - visitors from another world, outsiders looking in, gods among men with similar frames of reference, patriotic color schemes and symbolism, etc.
But what do Bruce and Diana have? Diana is pretty balanced - she's Superman without the kryptonite and Batman without the crippling childhood trauma, she has superhuman strength and processing power to boot. It'd be asinine to have Bruce be the detective and the tactician while Diana is just the muscle. Diana is a warrior through and through. Batman can be the Pragmatic, Technical Hero to Superman's Flying Brick, but he can't do the same with Diana.
As partners, anything Bruce could do, wouldn't Diana already having covered. Clark, meanwhile, can shoot lasers while Diana can't, and Diana can interrogate foes with a lasso while Clark can't.
The popularity of Wonder-Supes and Bat-Supes makes me believe I'm not alone here.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Bruce has technology, I guess, but really Superman has the Fortress of Solitude and a superpowered brain, so any time they try to make Batman useful it's making Clark carry the Idiot Ball.

Ah, the George PĂ©rez run...
Trying to figure out what's wrong with Steve Trevor. Oh, right. No superpowers.
Remember, police officers only date police officers. Firemen only date firemen. And superheroes only date superheroes.

Superman's too polite to knock Batman through a wall when he (Batman) gets snarky and superior. Wonder Woman is not (well, as with all things, it depends on the writer).

Does anyone know if either Batwoman (Kathy Kane or Kate Kane) ever ran into Catwoman? Cat-Man once made Kathy into a Cat-Woman but it wasn't the same thing.
She kept the costume, which is neat XD Since Selina was absent from comics at the time and when she returned it was years after going straight I kinda wonder if Kathy Kane was an alias of hers or something XD

The Protomen enhanced my life.I answered you over on CBR, but for anyone else: Kate has encountered Selina at least twice. First in Batman and Robin Eternal, and most recently in the "Manslaughter" arc of Batgirl and the Birds of Prey.
My stories on AO3.So is Catwoman's sister Maggie still canon?
If that were the case they wouldn't tease her with Batman.
Speaking for myself, my issue with Steve is I don't like the idea of Diana's "true love" being the first guy she meets. I don't mind him existing as a friend and ally but I don't think he's ever worked as a love interest. I'd be fine with Diana dating a man (or woman, hey DC isn't Diana supposed to be bisexual?) who wasn't a superhero.
I'm okay with anybody as long as it's not a superhero or villain. Just find a way to make a child so that we have the mini-Trinity.
@Vampfox: Possibly. I don't believe that they've said she isn't canon anymore, and the Catwoman: Election Night one shot that came out last year confirmed that Selina still grew up in an orphanage in Gotham after her parents died. So, presumably her backstory is still the same as before the reboot, and Maggie still exists.
Maggie does exist in the Injustice universe though, according to some fight dialogue in the second game.
Interesting. I started reading the Catwoman run that started in 2002, and it's really good.
I just find DC confusing with how they seem to change things every couple of years.
tbh, your best bet with retcons and stuff is to just read things with the context that you like best. At least thats how I do it.
For instance, apparently Deathstroke recently retconned the entire New 52 version of Earth 2 to be a pocket reality that Power Girl mistakenly went to. But considering the fact that I liked that version of Earth 2, I just ignore the retcon and enjoy it in it's original context. That being the rebooted version of Earth 2, no more and no less. Some retcons are good, some are bad, and canon is a mess. Its easiest to just pick and choose what bits you like best.
How do you think Batman would plainly rebuff the Joker's weird advances?
Wake me up at your own risk.Ignoring them.
Well this just became a real party.
Can't have a wedding without the wedding-crasher.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."x5 You misheard. Deathstroke explains where the PG who showed up in Harley etc(in the classic costume from JSA, her own solo etc) went when she tried to go back to her Earth. Earth 2 is still Earth 2 and that PG has no reason for going back to "our" Earth.

That be pretty cool.
Man how come whenever someone puts on the cowl they become a self-righteous douche? Cause Tim-Bat is a self-righteous douche. I want a character if they meet their future version who's come back to kill someone to change the future to tell them to fuck off cause time is & fluid so there's no guarantee something will happen.
Also poor Killer Moth, guy really tried this time.
