Yeah, this really needs a clearer pic than that.
Just looking at the links in the examples...

(Also, link was a broken One Manga link, so I swapped it.)
The clip for Jo Jos Bizarre Adventure [2] doesn't seem like it would make for a clear capture, though.
The webcomic ones aren't too clear either.

The image is hard to make out. There's no clear indication of the sliding, either.
