Wait, One Punch Man is free?
Hot damn that manga gets more awesome every time I hear something new about it.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariAlthough, to be honest, if they actually use the "hybrids have more potential than full-blooded Saiyans" idea combined with the trope that power-ups get progressively easier for the characters over time, they could honestly justify that Trunks has suddenly progressed to SSGSS-tier with just a little bit of training.
I mean, I don't WANT them to do that, and Trunks never got to do that in the series proper, but it COULD happen. I wouldn't call bullshit on it, because it's somewhat consistent.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!I knew the webcomic was free, but Murata's manga version, that's free? Hot damn I don't have to feel guilty anymore.
For whatever reason, I picture Black Goku's origin being similar to Dark Danny; an evil entity fused with a version of Goku. Like maybe someone tried to resurrect Goku, only for the body to have an evil soul in him
Currently, only the first two chapters of OPM and the first chapter of Super are free.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!DBH God Mission 9 One Piece Trailer:

Gavan, Let's get jiggy!5th Form Cooler.
Cooler's ball is bigger.
Mega Man fanatic extraordinaireSomewhere in the distance, Captain Space shakes a fist at the sky and screams INFRINGEMEEEEEEENT
My various fanfics. That's because he's Cooler.
Well isn't that meta.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!So, I was thinking about the Frieza arc and Captain Ginyu, way back before Super Saiyan was a thing (hell, I'm still in the middle of the Frieza fight in terms of my own progress through the series!) and realized something-Captain Ginyu is the strongest creature in the Dragon Ball universe hands-down because of his Change Form ability. He was able to change forms with Goku and, while it didn't end up helping, that was only because Goku was more experienced and only barely had a stronger body. This begs the question-Piccolo was only able to hold off Frieza because he fused with Nail, Goku barely beat him as a Super Saiyan, et cetera, and it's pretty clear that Frieza could have annihilated the Ginyu Force if he really wanted to. So, why didn't Captain Ginyu take the first opportunity he had to Change Form with Frieza? His body was so much stronger that he could have defeated the "new" Captain Ginyu (AKA Frieza in Ginyu's body) in an instant. It'd have been a pretty cool plot twist, too-the seemingly incredibly silly comic relief villain ends up becoming the true threat in the end. Still, even if that wasn't the intended angle for the character, no reason was given for why he wouldn't. Was Frieza immune? Was Ginyu too loyal to him? Any ideas?
I assume genuine loyalty prevented Ginyu from pulling such a stunt.
It might also be that he was afraid that if he botched it, Frieza would kill him.
After all, Frieza would only need to raise one Finger to kill him, and I think characters can still move when he switches bodies too.
One Strip! One Strip! They seem to get paralysis-ed...otherwise both Carrot and Vegetarian could've dodged it easily.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Well, Vegeta was in mid dive when he did it, but your point stands.
Now that I think about it, Ginyu probably waited until that moment so that when the switch happened he could already be in an attacking position.
One Strip! One Strip!I know Xenoverse doesn't really count 'n all, but there was the one cut scene where Gurd used his paralysis for Ginyu to switch with Carrot. I mean, he was already confused...but it's some assurance.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. When it comes down to it, Ginyu is too loyal to ever try it. It could be done. Freeza is fast enough that if he sees or hears it coming, it'd be hilariously easy to dodge it for him, but if you provide a distraction... I'm not sure the Body Exchange ability is something that can be resisted at all. And Freeza can't feel energy, so he would have to rely on sight or hearing. If both of those are occupied, Freeza won't react in time (much like how the Kienzan almost hit him and even managed to slice off part of his tail).
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariDoesn't it need to hit the mouth? Freeza wouldn't be able to NOT see it coming.
Well that's ignoring the fact that there actually isn't anything to dodge; the series implies that there's actually no visual effect of the move, and that the one we have is just for the audience's convenience. Likewise, voices don't switch between bodies as that was also a thing for the anime; the voices stay with the original body, which is why no one ever commented on Ginyu in Goku's Body not sounding like Goku.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!I very much doubt he needs to hit their mouths specifically.
Also interesting is that blasts look slow in the anime, but thanks to the fact that the manga moves panel to panel, they move very fast in the manga.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariSee, the implication that there's no visual effect is also in the manga, since Vegeta doesn't understand that something's being used on him, even though it gets used on him twice without him apparently noticing a beam effect.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!I don't think he's disagreeing with that, just saying that in the manga the process seems almost instantaneous while the anime makes it seem like they have time to dodge.
Thanks for solving the mystery, now I don't have to Google who it was.
