How are the WMG pages moderated?:

I can't find a guide on this. Since WMG is a little more personal, how should the pages be maintained? What if a post has too many replies, or something becomes canon? Should I just delete the extra posts and make a single, conclusive reply? Should I correct grammar errors? How much editing does WMG take?

This is just how I do it but...

What if a post has too many replies, or something becomes canon?
Stick either confirmed or jossed at the end. If it needs to be moved (some WMG pages have separate headers for jossed entries, etc.) move it.

Should I just delete the extra posts and make a single, conclusive reply?
Probably the best solution. Everything gets said and it's clear and organised.

Should I correct grammar errors?
Why wouldn't you correct grammar errors?

The system doesn't know you right now, so no post button for you.
You need to Get Known to get one of those.
