I would merge Immortality Talisman into Immortality Inducer since it's basically a narrower name for it.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThat works for me.
Waiting on a TRS slot? Finishing off one of these cleaning efforts will usually open one up.I support this merge.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickMe too. Also, the description needs to be tweaked a little to clarify the distinction between an Immortality Inducer and a Soul Jar.
I made a sandbox page for the merged description. I admit I am not the best at merging descriptions, especially when I wrote one of them, so any help is appreciated.
^ Soul Jar is a subtrope. That means that any instance of Soul Jar is an Immortality Inducer, but should go on the Soul Jar page.

Okay, since no one seems to care that much, just going to do the merge. Will close this when I'm done.

This is a trope that I just created as a subtrope of Immortality, as part of splitting that up and moving away from the awful types.
However, while fixing the wicks, I've come across Immortality Inducer, which appears to be, if not the same trope, ridiculously similar. Sadly, no one brought it up during Immortality Talisman's stay in YKTTW.
Suggest we merge one into the other, merge the examples, and go about our lives.
