Not Thriving (alt titles crowner 3/10/12): The Old Con get usage counts

I would have figured that The Old Convict would have referred to a retired criminal getting dragged back into a theft.
Still new. Still learning. Asking questions and making mistakes.

I've moved The Old Con and all its wicks to The Old Convict and updated Renamed Tropes and the FAQ thread

Unless there is something to do with the definition, we should be done here.

At issue:
The Old Con is not sufficiently indicative. The previous crowner showed consensus for rename.
