I think the Eskimo kiss in the bottom frame is enough. Would be nice if his ascot (?) was visible. There are probably other frames of that Ken looking campy and courting/smooching Barbie.

Here's a horizontal arrangement.
One problem is that, shrunk to that size, it makes the kiss look a little awkward for Ken, which would be counterproductive. However, there are plenty of potential alternatives to the eskimo kiss scene.
EDITED IN: And tomorrow I might try using my DVD of the movie to get something better still.

Well, to me it looks like he's squinting his eyes. Not sure if anyone else notices it.
Anyway, I'll probably come up with a variety of options for both the "camp" part and "straight" part tomorrow.

- Those two ideas can probably be communicated by one frame...

Both look weird in their own ways for different reasons. The guy's facial expression looks a little weird in the first, but at least it clearly demonstrates the "camp" part. The second leaves some room for ambiguity in the "straight" part.

Those two aren't bad at all.
That seems like the image equivalent of a "two unrelated characteristics" trope like Badass Furry. One separate frame for each word in the name.

I dunno, 12.2 shows him wearing a rather campy outfit, yet holding near to a girl, implying he's straight... I see it.

Would like to get one image that says both. I don't think one image for "camp" and one for "straight" is a good idea.

I think Ken's fabulous wardrobe is good enough to show his camp levels in that picture of him and Barbie.

Agreed; it's up, potholed, and tagged. Locking up.
On top of relying quite heavily on the text, the visual parts are a bit ambiguous. The character on the righthand side looks like a girl, so it might give a first impression of being about lesbianism. You might say that looking like a girl is part of the point, but really, one doesn't need to look that much like a girl to be camp enough to be Mistaken for Gay.
I think a better to do a juxtaposition of a Camp Straight character acting camp in one panel, and being affectionate towards a female character in the next. For a more specific suggestion, Ken from Toy Story 3...
