I can't think of any examples that fit, but I gave a hat based on the description being well-made and having the minimum number of examples.

Made a sandbox for Ojou Ringlets. Probably going to need help sorting the examples. I'm sure some of them should be on Regal Ringlets, including some anime examples.

We should make a note that there are going to be some that have both. I've seen at least one character that had the two ringlets on the side of her face, and then a mass of curls in an up-do.

I think that would just plain be Ojou Ringlets. The rest of the hair is pretty irrelevant as long as the sidelocks are there.
