Still seems weird only THAT song wouldn't be in yet all of Deavid Soul's other stuff is. I'd wait for further confirmation.
Also, which gang(aside from the G Gs) was your favorite? Mine were the Noise Tanks. Especially in the first game when they had that little dance in the opening cinematic.

Sega officially announced it now.
As for why those two songs aren't on there:
Presently both Yappy Feet and Many Styles are the two songs not listed in the tracklist. Sorry, we re-negotiated all of the contracts (quite a feat btw) for all of the songs and these two didn’t make it. If this changes, we would be just as happy as you would, trust us – we’re all super excited to have this list.
