You have to know who that is and what happened or it doesn't make any sense.
Same, familiar with the story but haven't seen that House episode.

Reaction Image RepositoryKal Penn's example came to mind immediately for me too as it's probably the most egregious example in the last decade, but it really doesn't picture well. I would say imageless is the way to go.
