The Integral ArticleLook, I'm fine as long as you realize that the Bards not only actually have magic from music, but are also musicians as well as storytellers, adventurers, and historians. Basically, while you have prissy beautiful music that illustrates some poetic ideal, the Reptex have real music that tells real stories by real people who aren't winged elves who are just asking to be nuked. Also, the bards can cast illusions to make it look like their hot licks actually melted faces. Basically, Malunall has once again invoked Elves VS Dwarves with Bards vs. Musicians.
UTINNI!I completely forgot about it, and I didn't see anything to the effect when I was looking through the trope page. I can go back and change it easily enough if you think it's necessary.
The Integral ArticleLook, if amything it generates even more animosity between Malunall and Morality, and as long as the Bards can monopolize the "roving bands of musicians who get by with guile and knowledge, inspiring the downtrodden with their ballads and stories" hat I'm fine. After all, that's a City-based advancement, so it only actually works within the city or if someone's from it.
highly secureGod, the trope page. I need help with that. I cannot keep track of everything.
The Integral ArticleAs do I. Then it's off to read Crime and Punishment!
highly securespring break is coming up for me, which means that i might actually get my shit together and get a legit trope page going. or not. my idea is to create an excel google doc. don't organize things under races, because that gets complicated. instead of a race keeping track of what's in it, i just list all the races, give alignments, and then list all the orders, cities, advancements, etc., give important details, and say to whom the order/city/advancement belongs to.
highly securenever lose track of dow again i guess i'll take the responsibility, as unofficial gm, of updating that thing as we go along. incidentally, is luthen around?
The Integral ArticleYou should probably set it as a public doc there Chubert.
Hello againYeah, I'm here. Had a busy weekend, I'm going to whip a post right about... now.
highly secureverloren wasn't razed. everyone was just evicted.
highly secureUh, just an update to let everyone know that 1: snowy is still here, she's just had a busy week 2: given that we're slowing down, i'm thinking we can end this after turn 5 of age 3. any problems?
The Integral ArticleI have no problems. I also figured that I'd announce here since we've been talking on Skype about it: Chubert and I wanna run an RP based in this world, after the events of this RP. You guys interested? It'd be a slightly more directed game, possibly an actual Dungeons & Dragons 4th edition game.
highly secure<inset general space jawa summoning sentiment here>
UTINNI!Sorry I keep making you do that. <____<
highly secureit's cool. i recognize that dow posts take longer to think about than others, and that people are busy. also, we've been going on for some time, so i can't really blame Ending Fatigue, which is partly why I'm saying we're done after turn 5 of age 3, which means one more turn for me, taco, and snowy, and two more turns for you guys.
highly secureDon't suppose I can pull the same trick with Luthen, though, can I?
highly secure...guess not. He's been gone for a pretty long time. Anybody have a problem if I just go ahead and post?
highly secureI'm gonna go ahead and take that as a "no."
highly secureoh man i'm like 5xposting here anyways, snowy's busy. i'm pretty much going out and saying "fuck the posting order." once we get a post from snowy and space jawa in, in whatever order, we're done. this is also a space jawa summons. somebody light the candles.
Totally not a fishIf it's all right, I'll probably be able to go after Space Jawa. Going at the very end would be all right as well, considering what I'm planning. Sorry guys. It's testing season.
To catch a bus you have to think like a bus
The system doesn't know you right now, so no post button for you.
You need to Get Known to get one of those.
