I should also mention that Baoh was created Hirohiko Araki, who created Jo Jos Bizarre Adventure. Isn't it interesting that SNK based a number of their characters off this guy's characters, and no one seems to care? If Araki knew, I bet he would say Dude, Where's My Respect?

Also known as バオー来訪者 (Baō Raihōsha), translated as "Baoh: The Visitor". This is an old series that definitely deserves a mention.
Why? Well, let me ask you: Have you played the World Heroes games, including the ones with Dio and Neo-Dio in it? Well, guess what? (Neo-)Dio is a Captain Ersatz of the Baoh character in terms of appearances and attacks!
There is an anime OVA, which you can view on You Tube.
