My mistake, I see you're asking for permission to rename, not for suggestions.
Still, this should be a simple decision, assuming anybody else speaks French enough to have an opinion.

Monde Convivial Pour L'Aventure seems like a pretty direct translation of Adventure-Friendly World, so I do not have any problems using that title. Would it be alright if I went ahead and moved the page to that name?

No objection. Literal translations after renames are OK as far as I know too.,
[[Fr/Adventure Friendly World]] was created with the same title in English by mistake. The content was translated, so now the last thing to translate is the title of the trope in French. As a native French speaker, I think best rename would be "Monde Convivial Pour L Aventure" (before proposing a rename with "Monde Convivial Pour L'Aventure".
