You've posted no story, no characters, no setting, no plot, no tone, no style, no concept, no goal... basically, nothing anyone could possibly work with. What, exactly, are you hoping to get out of this thread?

Um... I doubt you're going to make anything that looks remotely decent on amateur levels of budget and equipment.
You'd need an absolutely fantastic story and set of characters to make it palatable to anyone and to help them overlook the inevitably shitty effects and film quality.

On the technical side of things, what would I need to make it viewable, aside from green screen/ Chroma Key and Final Cut Pro? This is going to be a very special effects heavy project, and it'll have to do with very minimal resources.
