New Eureka 7 project annouced:
A new series titled "Eureka 7 Astral Ocean" has been announced for the Spring 2012 season , with a promotional manga beginning in early 2012. Not much is known at this time, other than it's being done by Bones and the cover art features a green-haired, pink-eyed boy. http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2011/12/22/eureka-7-astral-ocean-to-air-in-april-2012
I hope it's related to the movie. Mostly because that's the only experience I have with Eureka Seven.

You really should watch the full series. Very different from the movie, and many people think it's much better.
The armored ravenYou should really watch the 50 episoder instead. The movie is a straight-up Adaptation Decay compared to the series which was the original material Green haired pink eyed boy? I'm calling him the canon pairing's son from the description alone
What profit is it to a man, when he gains his money, but loses his internet? Anonymous 16:26 I believe...
I..actually liked the movie. Is the original anime based off the manga because to be honest I didn't really like what I read of the manga much at all.

No, the manga's also an Adaptation Decay. Eureka and Dominic don't die in the anime!
SKREEONNNNK!It was Anime First. Now if only the Eureka7 game didn't end up being So Bad. CyberConnect2 could do a game for it. The designs of the charatcers always did seem .hack-ish to me

...How the heck is this going to work? The original didn't exactly leave much room for a sequel.
1st episode was ok.I guess it will go similiar way as Last exile, fam.

Well, the new main character's description seems like the crazy lovechild of Eureka and Anemone...
HAHAHA GOOD TIMESOfficial story outline.
Everyone's GrudgeI thought the anime was fine the way it ended, but I had the same reaction to the announcement of a Last Exile sequel. (I'm a bit of a completionist, though, so I'm definitely biased.)
Oh hey, there's already a manga out.
It seems like it's an Evangelion situation where the manga comes out while the anime is still in production. (I think this still counts as Anime First, though). It's pretty bleeding obvious who Ao's parents are, though I'm curious about Naru. It's very possible that she's not related to anyone at all...but there's definitely a mystery surrounding her.

1st episode was ok.I hope anime will get better plot, cause Mecha protecting Island against misterious aliens is just boring. There is dozen of these and they almost never have any realy unique traits. There isn't any progress from time NGE.
Secret CharacterI'm excited about this. They already dropped tons of hints the MC is Eureka's son.
...a little brother should belong to his older sister, right? - Orimura Chifuyu
A foolWell I've seen the manga for the new Eureka. It was sort of rushed and I can't tell which route they took for it either. Maybe the next chap I'll be able to determine whether it is the anime, manga or movie route.
What is a heart? If I rip open your chest will I see it? If I crack open your skull will I find it in there?
Qtjinla15Why does it seem like they're trying to hide the protagonist parent's with that trope that blanks out eyes/upper portion of face when it's blatantly obvious?
1st episode was ok.Obvious?! I don't have even slightless clue who you talking about!
Trailer's out Curiously Ao's hair seems brown. Also: the website has some things.

Lady and the Tramp was an egregious offender). I also sorta kinda see where Snape is coming from...
It's pretty bleeding obvious who Ao's parents are, though I'm curious about Naru. It's very possible that she's not related to anyone at all...but there's definitely a mystery surrounding her. Huh? What mystery? She has black hair like Dominic along with his eye color, but looks just like Anemone (down to the color scheme of her clothes), has a Gulliver-esque pet, and is an Ill Girl suffering from some sort of hereditary ailment. Yeah, it's kind of obvious. Also, I think that "Gazelle" guy is Holland and Talho's son. He's older, so it'd fit (Holland and Talho would "concieve" before anyone else did.)

1st episode was ok.It is some time ago when I watched it last time, but If I am not wrong Talho were pregnant in near end of show...
