BP accuses Halliburton of destroying evidence on gulf spill:  
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they did, but, at the same time, I wouldn't be surprised if BP was trying to take heat off of themselves.
The question is, who's side of this claim is more likely to stand up in court?
